Patient had come to us with chronic irritation and watering in left eye for a long time. She was turned away at multiple places due to her advanced age and complexity of her situation. She was thoroughly examined at Shantanu Netralaya and a diagnosis of left eye lower lid entropion was made. She was then taken up for surgery under Ayushman Bharat scheme and the surgery was successfully performed.
