Patient context — Patient presented with sudden onset floater. On examination we found a large horse shoe tear which if left untreated would have certainly caused a retinal detachment

This patient presented with a sudden onset floater. When we examined we saw a large retinal tear which was then treated via our state of art green laser. Had this not been treated it would have certainly led to retinal detachment, a catastrophic sight threatening event.
